Rouge Bunny Rouge Pro Library: Eyeliners

In this part of our Pro Library series, we’ll have a detailed look at our liquid eyeliners. We’ll start with a few basic tips – that are invaluable when you’re just starting out – and then explore the differences in textures and finishes.RBR-EYELINERS-PROLIBRARY-opener

Liquid Eyeliners – Top 3 Basics

1. If you’re just starting out, your best friends are a table/counter and a magnifying dressing table mirror. Stabilise your arm by propping it on the flat table surface – this will allow for a cleaner line.
2. Don’t apply liquid eyeliners to the waterline / to the inner eyelids.
3. Use a wet cotton swab to gently perfect the winged line.RBR-liquid-eyeliners-pro-library-howto

Quartz Eyeliner DEVOTION INK

Available in five lavish, brilliant shades, this eyeliner stands out due to the lustre of the artificial quartz particles that we’ve used instead of mica. The textures are soft and fluid, so the eyeliners will never look “cracked” or flaky when worn. Due to the very forgiving shape of the felt tip, even beginners can create stunning winged eye looks.RBR-QuartzEyeliner-Range‘Anthracite Essence’, a dense black with silvery shimmer, does not contain quartz particles and has a slightly different texture and therefore a different brush.RBR-QuartzEyeliner-TanzaniteEssenceWinged eyeliner has never looked more sophisticated than with the lavender-and-silver ‘Amethyst Essence’, the precious 24-carat-gold-infused black ‘Tiger Eye Essence’ and the gorgeous sparkly blue of ‘Tanzanite Essence’.

A very particular colour is ‘Opalescence Essence’ – a shimmery, radiant pale opal blue to add a holographic wow effect to your look. Use it on top of your pencil eyeliner or in the inner corners of the eyes. Combine with our Dramatic Lash Mascara MEGAPLUMES in ‘Oxblood Panache’ for an intensely beautifying expression.Oxblood-and-OpalescenceCustomer praise:
